At Legacy Tattoo Parlor, our accomplished artists are committed to bespoke designs that embody your unique style. We provide competitive rates ranging from $100 to $150 per hour with a minimum charge of $100, ensuring artistry within your budget. While we prioritize appointments, we also accommodate-ins during business hours; please be advised that some walk-in tattoos may require additional time and coulditate scheduling for a later date. We kindly ask that you present a valid government-issued ID, as we do not provide services to individuals under the age of 16. For inquiries regarding for minors, please feel free to contact us.

Our piercer, Randy, has been practicing professionally since 1996, serving the greater Dayton area with an unwavering commitment to precision, safety, and excellence. Trained by industry leaders, educated through APP conferences, and experienced as a guest piercer throughout the Midwest, Randy prioritizes health, ethics, and integrity above all. As an unlimited piercer, he welcomes clients of all ages and offers a full range of piercings.

Hourly Rate (for larger pieces and extensive detailing):

Our tattoos typically come with a one-year guarantee, and any touch-ups are complimentary unless there is clear evidence of improper aftercare. Please note that we do not guarantee tattoos on fingers or hands; touch-ups in these areas will incur a fee.
TATTOO deposits
A deposit may be required based on the individual tattoo artist's policies. For larger tattoo work, a 25% deposit is mandatory. Please be advised that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, they can be applied to a new appointment date if the artist is informed at least 36 hours in advance, unless the cancellation is due to a reasonable circumstance. We appreciate your understanding.
